At Verve Record Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound; if your vinyl arrives damaged or defective, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Vinyl

  Carefully place the records in their original protective mailer or a sturdy equivalent to prevent warping or sleeve damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned media, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
